Sample letter to Wind Farms that have already completed an Environmental Impact Assessment followed by the address for I.P.C. (which should be sent a copy) and the addresses of the applicants to whom the letter should go.
I have considered your EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) and believe that it is insufficient with regard to the cumulative impact that all the proposed wind farms currently in the planning system will have on the region.
Therefore it would seem reasonable for your EIA to address the following concerns regarding the cumulative impact on: Visual Amenity, Noise, Transport, Agriculture, Telecommunications, Flooding including any cross border effects, Tourism, Regional displacement of bird and bat populations, Flora and fauna, Wellbeing of the local people, a fundamental policy set out in the Welsh Assembly Government ‘One Wales’ policy.
I look forward to your reply.
(If you can think of any other concerns please add them in) and then copy your letter to:
Jessica Parker, Senior Case Officer, The Infrastructure Planning Commission, Temple Quay House, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
